1. 负责手工作业的动素分析，运用IE基础手法，消除浪费，降低人工成本；

   Be responsible for motion and time study by virtue of MTM, stopwatch study;

2. 跟踪EBIT改善项目，数据收集核实，并提供技术培训、支持;

   Follow up EBIT improvement project  and verification. Bring coaching if necessary;

3. 负责现场“一个流”的工艺流程设计与实施；

   Be responsible for “one piece flow”process design and implementation;

4. 负责产品族价值流程图分析，改善;

   Product family VSM mapping, analysis and improvement;

5. 负责工厂整体规划，布局设计与优化调整；

   Be responsible for plant layout design, production line optimization;

6. 作业标准化的实施，与工时定额的制定；

   SOP implementation, Standard routing verification;

7. 负责工厂精益生产的导入与实施;

   Be responsible for Lean-6sigma introduction and implementation;

8. 领导安排的其它工作

   Other tasks as assigned

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程或机械专业；

   Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background;

2. 至少3年IE或 精益生产工作经验；

   At least 3 years’ experience at industrial engineering or lean manufacturing;

3. 有持续改善项目领导经验；

   Have experience of leading continuous improvement activities;

4. 熟悉Excel, Visio, Autocad 等常用软件;

   Be familiar with Excel, Visio, Auto CAD software;

5. 英语能力（听，写流利）;

   English requirement (fluent in spoken and written);

6. 性格开朗，擅长跨部门沟通交流协调;

   Open personality, good at cross-sectoral communication and coordination;
