岗位职责： 

? Communicate and implement data policy and standards, including but not limited to identification of business critical data elements (CDEs) , front to back data lineage 

? Data ownership, accountability and golden source identification  

? Input to data quality standards and metrics design and implementation 

? Support the implementation of data quality standards, methodologies, tools/templates and architecture. 

? Work with country teams to raise business Data issue and leveraging Data Management Framework to resolve these issues.  

? Responsible for the delivery of data initiatives (across the project lifecycle) to ensure alignment and conformance to data strategy, data policies and standards. 

? Support business and data quality teams to perform tactical and strategic analysis, resolution and facilitation of high priority data related issues.  

? GM Global Standards related tasks assigned from Group/HASE

任职要求： 

? University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications preferred 

? Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking industry, experience in customer due diligence preferred 

? Strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills  

? Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills  

? Proficiency in both English and Chinese
