Position Summary
This position’s primary accountabilities and duties expected to fulfil includes assisting in all aspects of regional compensation and benefits and mobility program administration. Rely on strong analytical and business skills to assist with the completion of data requests/submissions and reporting analytics throughout the year. This is an experienced level performing in the HR sub-specialties of Benefits, Compensation, Expatriate Administration. HRIS
Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
· Compensation: Assist with the development and implementation of key compensation projects including annual salary planning, bonus proposal, budgeting · External Survey: Participates in local and national annual surveys to provide and collect data pertaining to specialty. Evaluates participation in external groups based on business needs and budgets. · Benefits: Assist with the administration of certain benefits programs · Global Mobility: Coordinate and monitor global mobility process with internal stakeholders (payroll team, finance team) and third-party vendors (tax, relocation, immigration) including cost projection calculation, tax impact, work permit and other routine expat administration to meet company and compliance requirement. · HR analytics: Collects and organizes data that is generally complex and broad for analysis. Leads analysis of data both internal and external, summarizing findings and highlighting important aspects. Provides information and advice to managers and members of HR community as necessary. Develops and leads presentations involving employees and management. · HRIS: You will partner with global HRIS technical expert to support HRIS related initiative to ensure the quality of HR system functionality (Peoplesoft), system integration or enhancement to meet business requirements. · Governance: Monitors records and reports for irregularities on an on-going basis. Proposes and implements corrections. Ensure programs comply with country-wide and local regulations. · Documentation: Prepares and maintains documentation. Regularly updates and distributes documents to HR community as appropriate. · Others: Participates in special studies, which can impact broad audiences, including top management. · Others: Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)
· Strong knowledge of concepts and practices in area of specialty. Basic knowledge of business organization and cross-functional relationships. · Ability to use Microsoft Office applications; HR Information Systems · Ability to collect, organize and analyse data from surveys, reports and other readily available sources. · Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing in order to exchange information and be able to seek out specific information from others. Job requires significant interface with members of HR. · Ability to review and analyze data trends and issues to resolve challenges in a timely manner as well as translate data into actionable information. · Results-oriented and able to focus on details and provide consistent follow through. · Motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs
Education/Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience required. · 5-7 minimum years prior experience related to field of specialty.
