Job Mission:

Within Data Exchange team, we commit to provide the best solution and technology to

our customers.

Build up data exchange platform in order to provide ESB services for application interfaces and

data flowing needs;

Lead the technical components & services innovation in ESB domain and conduct solid

development plan to assure deliverables.

Commit sound project results with technical resources allocation and guarantee high

availability ESB support quality.

Key Missions: Messaging Queue, API platform, Java, Python, technical roadmap, project

management, technical roadmap 

Your responsibilities:

？ As Tech Leader, be able to design and maintain scalable, secure, stable architecture on

Multiple Cloud Environment (Azure & AWS)

？ As Tech Leader, to define and update product roadmap with market insights, roll-out

technical evolution accordingly

？ As Tech Leader, to ensure the platform support and RUN quality

？ Technical documentation must be written, communicated and maintained

？ ESB project & product portfolio management

？ As China Tech Lead, to join and contribute Decathlon global ESB solution community

Required Skills:

？ Highly technical and analytical, possessing 5 or more years of IT implementation

？ Strong ESB solution background, 3 year + working experiences is MUST

？ Development background, familiar with Java or Python.

？ Familiar with one of the open source database(Postgresql, Redis,Mongo,influxDB...etc)

？ Familiar with at least one the open source data middleware tools(e.g. Active MQ, Kafka,

webSphere MQ...etc)

？ Sounds knowledge on cloud solutions & native tools (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.)

？ Experience in Cloud architecture and scalable solutions including orchestration

containers : Docker, K8S, DevOps,APIs.

？ Excellent documentation ability.

？ Strong innovation sense and willing to change. Strong self-driven.

？ Strong team-work sense

？ Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.

？ The ability to easily communicate both to business and technology users.

？ Sport lover

？ ITIL certificate is a plus

？ Experience in SAP PO is a plus.
