岗位职责：

1、负责建立公司产品成本数据库，制定产品价格体系并不定期更新

2、负责配合销售人员进行非标产品报价

3、负责项目成本管控和项目完工结算

4、负责建立相关商务报表

5、负责建立内部劳务定额、开展劳务招标及评价工作

6、负责项目施工合同及材料采购合同的评审和归档，并核算销售人员提成

7、负责跟进和把控下单、发货等流程

任职资格：

1、全日制大专以上学历，工程造价及相关专业，有装饰单位预决算岗位经验优先。

2、至少1年以上工程相关工作经验，熟悉工程预算和商务谈判及熟练使用项目管理。

3、熟练使用办公软件和CAD制图。
