岗位职责:

在本装置高级生产工程师的指导下，全面负责本班的工作。
Under the guidance of senior production engineer of the plant, be full responsible for team work.
？ 执行生产运转经理、本装置高级生产工程师的指令，做好当班的内外协调，合理安排并组织生产，确保生产任务的完成。
Carry out instructions from production operation manager, senior production engineer of the plant, arrange internal and external coordination during duty, reasonably arrange and organize production, to ensure the production task to complete.
？ 督促当班人员严格按照操作规程进行操作，检查现场巡回检查制度的执行情况。
Urge the personnel on duty to strictly comply with operation regulations to operate, check the implementation of on-site patrol inspection system.
？ 负责监视生产运行情况，能准确判断处理生产过程中出现的工艺波动、设备故障，并及时向主管汇报。
Be responsible to monitor the production operation, can accurately determine the fluctuation of process, equipment failure in the production process, and timely report to the supervisor.
？ 严格执行作业控制程序，负责现场检维修作业的风险评估、作业许可证的签发管理等。
Strictly execute job control procedure, be responsible for risk assessment, issuance and management of PTW, for site maintenance activity, etc.
？ 在装置遇到突发事件时，能正确按照应急响应程序进行处理。
When the plant is facing with an emergency, can correctly handle it according to the emergency response procedure.
？ 认真落实交接班制度。
Seriously implement shift handover system.
？ 组织落实6S管理制度。
Organize to implement 6S management system.
？ 参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议。
Participation in the continuous improvements of the plant, positively raise rationalization proposals.
？ 负责本班的各项生产技术培训，不断提高全班人员的技术业务水平和综合能力。
Be responsible for various production technical trainings of the team, to continuously improve the technical level and overall ability of all team members.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other tasks assigned by superior manager.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：大专及以上学历，石油化工或相关专业。
Education Background: College degree or above, major in petrochemical or relative profession.
？ 工作经历：5年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验，有管理经验者优先。
Working Experience: Get 5+ years’ operation experience in petrochemical industry and profession, and preference to the candidates with experience in management.
？ 对行业生产、安全、技术、使用以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解。
Deep understanding on production, safety, usage and technology requirements of the industry as well as state safety laws.
？ 具备生产现场管理经验，并具有一定的现场指挥、协调能力。
Experienced in production site management and capable of site commanding and assorting.
？ 良好的沟通协作能力。
Good communication and coordination capabilities.
？ 良好的团队合作意识。
Good team-work spirit.
