MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Precious Metal Management for Asia
1. Ensure correct and timely precious metal accounting together with our customers and suppliers
2. Development and deployment of transparent, safe, and cost-effective precious metal systems
Business Analysis and Performance Management
3. Commercial Guidance for the development of new precious metal pricing systems
4. Commercial / Audit advice related to customer cost savings programs
5. Supervision of Committed Inventory Report and PM matrix report
6. Support to Monthly precious metal analysis reporting Over- under usage, billing over nominal, Surcharges, Mark-to-market etc.
PM System Management
7. Implementation and deployment of precious metal systems and accounting at new production locations in Asia
8. Support and guidance for the local precious metal activities
9. Support for local sales departments to implement coherent PM systems with customers including contract reviews and on-site customer visits
10. Development and deployment of customer specific precious metal systems
11. Precious metal system updates and monitoring in line with customer agreements across Asia
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in
2. 10 years and above commercial / business experience (in precious metal business is a plus).
3. PC knowledge ( MS Office ) and ERP system knowledge
4. Understanding of commercial requests and customer needs, and able to develop solution to meet short term and long term requirements.
5. Excellent internal and external communication skill for all levels of people.
6. Outstanding presentation technique, fluent spoken and good written English; good understanding of cross-cultural management style.
7. Strategist and executor; action oriented but organizing; "can-do" spirit; team player; capability in handling pressures and meeting deadline.
