Objective of Job

Responsible for the whole BODY & CHASSIS SYSTEM cost estimation (Variable Cost & Vendor Tooling).

Brief Task Description

* The candidate should be able to Estimate and check variable cost and vendor tooling - according the Methods and database of Raw Material and Machine cost .

* Drive and Manage team of Senior & Junior SCCE.

* Support VCE & Purchasing on Cost Target release & support Cost negotiation with buyers

* Manage and support the Global Cost Platform ( NAFTA&EMEA Main Region )

* Take part in create & maintain database cost on bench-marks.

* Support Management Team in specifics cost activity. like Value Optimization

Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor or above in Mechanical / Automotive ; English level 4 (MANDATORY )

* Experience: Team management experience , experience in Estimation of Casting / Stamping /Welding is preferred .

* Skills & Competence: The candidate should come from Manufacturing department   : Stamping, Injection, Casting - Should have knowledge in Vehicle Body and Chassis System. Good communication and leadership are mandatory.
