 It will be your role to create and embed an inspiring content strategy, focused on employees' needs and open sharing of information.

 

Responsibility

• Act as an internal community manager
• Being responsible for writing, editing and updating all internal communication platforms.
• Source and / or identify stories and areas of interest aligned with our studio strategy to stimulate adhesion and motivation of our talents
• Delivering excellent and creative communications through research, writing, editing and proof reading (Chinese and English)
• Ability to create communication campaigns based on our Expertise to feed our social media and internal Network.
• Be responsible for delivering internal documents like newsletters, presentation and email including Managing Director or HR messaging.
• Being the main driver to identify innovative ways to communicate to our staff through experiential events and digital tools. 
• Exploring and developing innovative ways to communicate with staff, including interactive dynamic media like video, polls, surveys, chat bots, blogs and social media.
• Support the development of our employer brand from recruitment, onboarding, induction, ongoing training and seniority campaigns.
• Be able to collaborate constructively and efficiently with other departments (HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Marketing, production teams…)
• Manage multiple projects to demanding deadlines

 

Requirement

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and negotiate mutually satisfactory outcomes, demonstrating tact and discretion where appropriate.
• Proven experience of planning and delivering high profile communications and ability to demonstrate successful business outcomes.
• Ability to use appropriate methods of analysis or investigation to interpret data, for the production of accurate and timely evidence to inform reports on progress and achievement.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills – this is a vital skill required in this role.
