Regional Sales Manager

Location: Guangzhou

Reporting directly to: Sales Director China

Major Duties & Responsibilities

· You will be responsible for sales budget and implementation of business strategy, also you need to ensure customer satisfaction and push receivables;

· You need to implement company strategy to develop regional sales process as target achievement;

· You should act as a coach, trainer and mentor while establishing sales teams and developing the distribution network;

· You are expected to have profound personal customer relationship and continuously develop customer basis to expand business;

· Timely report on customers' and competitors' status will be required;

· To ensure optimal resources & expense usage and deliver customer requirements to internal functions is also your responsibility;

· You should work according to company regulations and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

This is a role for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who preferably has prior working experience or knowledge within Label or related industry, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and who has equivalent university degree in Engineering and has good command of English and Mandarin (preferably Cantonese).

You will also have knowledge of management accounting and are familiar with reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
