一、岗位职责
1、负责公司新产品的测试工作；
2、根据研发整体的开发流程进行测试项目管理，安排测试人员、制定测试计划及控制时间进度；
3、负责测试环境、Bug跟踪系统搭建与维护；
4、负责测试相关流程、文档模板的建立与维护；
5、根据公司的质量指标，严格测试软硬件产品，对研发产品质量负责；
6、帮助研发人员进行软硬件测试定位并协助解决，负责协调组员与其他小组及部门关系；
7、培训初级测试工程师，进行组内的梯队建设；
8、不断创新适合于所在项目技术框架的测试方法，对于测试上的技术难题负责组织攻关；
9、完成上级随时交代的其他任务。

二、任职资格
1、大专以上学历，计算机相关专业，男女不限；
2、五年以上软硬件测试工作经验；
3、两年以上测试管理工作经验， 具备一定的测试培训能力和相关的带人经验；
4、人品端正，工作认真主动，有强烈的责任心，善于与人沟通、合作，有良好的团队意识；
5、精通测试用例的设计，对标准测试流程有深入理解；
6、风险防范意识高，能提前做好风险规避，最大限度降低意外情况所带来的损失；
7. 具有良好的软硬件技术基础，熟悉相关的测试仪器；
8、熟悉常用的BUG管理跟踪工具的使用、搭建及管理；
9、热爱测试工作，能胜任重复性工作和较高强度的测试工作等。
