Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow up supplier during project lifetime including on site assessments.

2. Organize target setting process in coordination with ZEK and other relevant functions through project acquisition phase.

3. Planning, coordination and realization of all related bought parts including tooling and prototypes

4. Obey concept of early supplier involvement whereas required

5. Input and maintain data in purchasing system (SAP)

6. Prepare supplier decision meeting with necessary documentation (PCS) and decision process

7. Ensure project BOM cost and project profitability lifetime

8. Regular project purchasing topic updating and reporting

9. Strategy alignment with AIEK and execution

10. Handle project Engineer Change and EOP

11. Sample order and payment follow up during project development phase

Job Requirements:

1. University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Economics

2. 3+ years relevant experience, prefer in automobile industry

3. Project management methods

4. Knowledge of technical principles and manufacturing methods

5. Negotiation skills
