Primary Responsibilities
1 Create project briefs by incorporating internal and external input as well as secure brief approval from Account Manager.
2 Assist the Account Manager in reviewing & managing project cost
3 Own the billing processes with Accounting by ensuring projects are billed as forecasted.
4 Assist the Account Supervisor in evaluating the deliverable to ensure that it is on brief (strategy/idea).
5 Track projects results against platforms and one-off executions.
6 Own completion of Quarterly Competitive Reviews
7 Assist the Community Development, Research or IT teams as necessary
8 Become an expert in the brands worked on as well as the social media
9 Attend internal and client meetings and observe the Account Manager’s role in these meetings.
10 Assist Account Manager to liaise with external partner or suppliers
11 Own meeting preparation
Background & Experience
1 Good command of TAGALOG
2 Ideally 1-3 years of hands on BTL/digital/ social media experience. We are not just looking for people with 'passion' and
'interest' but people who have actually created / been a part of and executed real social media campaigns.
3 Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural environment.
