2、精通现场管理、计划管理和精益化生产；熟悉IE管理流程；品质意识强烈；

3、能前瞻性地对问题进行预防；具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力以及沟通、协调能力，改善意识强烈；

5、对行业的发展趋势有一定的了解。

任职资格：

1、 年龄42岁之内，大专以上学历；

2、10年以上高档服装厂管理经历；

3、责任心强，人品端正；

4、思维严谨，注重细节。
