岗位职责：

1、检查各岗位的工作，发现日常工作中的问题，并督促整改，使之按照规范要求操作；

2、制作各类报表的统计、上报；

3、处理日常工作中发生的异常状况，与各部门沟通反应异常情况；

4、负责对本组人员日常工作的管理，进行有效的工作分解、安排；

5、执行仓库人员的岗位KPI，及相关员工的工作培训和培养；

6、协助上级制定和完善仓库管理制度、工作流程等。

任职要求：

1、中专及以上学历，3年以上仓库工作经验；

2、熟悉物流仓储作业流程、各个岗位的操作流程，以及相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；

3、熟练操作outlook、excel等办公软件，熟练WMS系统的操作方法优先考虑；

4、能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力；

5、有较强的沟通能力，具备较强的责任心和团队精神。
