工作职责Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking 战略思考
？ Provide constructive suggestions to company business strategy development 为公司战略发展目标的制定出谋划策
？ Track and analysis market trend to support business decision making 分析业务发展趋势，为业务决策提供建议
？ Work out annual business strategy and implementation plan for own department 制定本部门年度战略目标和实施计划

Customer service and project management 客户服务及项目管理
？ Understand client’s core strategy which including brand positioning, target consumer, and provide professional service to support marketing implementation plan 了解客户及其品牌的定位战略等核心策略，从专业的角度全面支持其战术实施
？ Continuously monitor and optimize operation process, lead the team to improve client service quality 监控并优化项目管理流程，领导团队提升客服质量
？ Maintain client relationship and develop new resource 维护客户关系及客户资源开拓

People Management 人员管理
？ Recruit and foster high potential staff, enhance internal communication to build up a solid team 招募具有发展潜力的优秀员工，做好内部沟通协调，建立一支高效的作战部队
？ Clarify role and responsibilities of team members, through effective performance management system to motivate staff 明确下属岗位职责，通过认真执行有效的绩效管理体系奖优罚劣
？ Understand strength and improvement area of each member, develop a customized training plan to support his/her career development 了解下属的特长及不足，为其做好职业规划并提供培训辅导等支持
Financial Management 财务管理
n Well control people cost, team expense and project cost etc to meet department profit target 控制部门各项成本（包括人员、费用、项目等），实现部门利润目标
n Figure out project quotation accurately and execution based on cost control strictly 做好项目报价及成本预算，并严格监督执行

职位要求
？ Above 5 years BTL event marketing planning and execution experiences in 4A companies 具5年以上在4A公司全面负责线下活动营销活动策划及执行的丰富经验
？ Outstanding client communication ability and customer service skill 优秀的客户沟通能力及服务意识
？ Can grasp the brand sprit and positioning exactly, and provide professional marketing promotion suggestions from strategic level能准确地把握客户品牌的精神，以战略思考的角度提出专业的活动策划建议
？ Understand European and American enterprise culture, and can handle business communication with client in fluent English 能以英语和客户进行业务上的沟通，并熟悉了解欧美企业的文化
？ People management experience and have led team above 5 people 有带领5人以上团队工作的经验
