Job Description

1、 Explore local market and identify new business opportunities( especially dairy products)..

2、 Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target and increase market share

3、 Brand / product expert, supports the distributor to introduce and follow up the sales of the products in the given region

4、 Formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies to ensure achievement of major parameters in the annual sales plan

5、 Focused on distributor channel and also on-trade Principle role will be to find distributors in China for our brands and at the same time work on developing on trade channels.

6、 Participate various processes to ensure executions properly done with operation benefits

7、 Ensure smooth communication with customers and distributor, build and maintain good relationship with customers to support sales growth in China.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

1、Good Trade Marketing experience in dairy foods.

2、Over 8 years of relevant Key Account / Trade Marketing/  Distributor experience in FMCG industry.

3.   Experience in leading a team is necessary.

We are international distributor of Fine food product into Hong Kong and China . We import food and beverage products from Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland and South Africa.
