Job Description
EMPR Group has been operating in Australia and New Zealand as an authorised distributor for Hewlett Packard, Toshiba and ASUS for over 15 years. EMPR recently expanded Asia-Pacific operations by opening a new office in Shanghai (Pudong District) China. EMPR Trading (Shanghai) Limited is one of only two genuine HP Master Parts Resellers, authorised to distribute genuine HP spare parts within China.

EMPR Trading (Shanghai) Limited is looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual with excellent English speaking and writing communication skills to join our team in an Online/Data Entry/Administrator role. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the online business across Australia, New Zealand and China.

The successful application would have:

? Excellent telephone manner and communication skills in English
? Experienced in accurate data entry
? Showing a high level of customer service
? Self-organisational skills and independent decision making skills
? Keyboard skills
? Work as part of a team
? Able to speak and write both Mandarin and English fluently.
? Basic understanding of computer parts, Adapters, Batteries, Screens Etc

Our office and warehouse building are located at the Southern end of the South Jin Qiao Processing Area in Pudong, near Hella, Nippon and Sony companies. Transportation is convenient to use the No.2 subway line to Chuan Sha Town and public transport to our office from the No. 2 Subway line is readily available.
