Main Responsibilitis:

RECEPTION
a) Responsible for all visitors to N&H, maintains a visitor log book, coordinates and stores visitor confidentiality forms, informs internal staff of visitor arrival, directs all inquiries to related Dep't.
b) Directs incoming calls; screens manager calls as requested
c) Prepares Boardroom for meetings as requested.
d) Ensures all visitors are registered and provided with a visitor badge

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
a) Orders & maintains office supplies and maintains records for office supply inventory in a cost effective manner and stays within budget
b) Monitors approved ordering procedures
c) Ensures all outgoing mail are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner
d) Monitor cleaning staff to ensure the office is maintained at a high level of cleanliness
e) Monitors according to procedures relative to arrangement of staff's transportation requests


Qualifications
-College Degree with a major in Business Administration or equivalent.
-At least 1 year experience of proven office administration support in a business environment for an international company.
-Must be fluent in Mandarin, and English - both verbal and written
-Must be able to have above average skills in Microsoft Office,
