- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the business needs, suggest on the right talent sourcing channel and implement the sourcing and screening;

- Coordinate on the interview arrangements and complete the after interview follow up process; - Set up and maintain the talent pool, complete the interview records in time; - Give timely interview update to the hiring managers, agencies and the candidates;

- Prepare the recruiting results analysis, give suggestions on optimizing and developing recruiting channels, methods and procedures;

- Support HR Manager on the hiring status update;

- Ensure the execution of the HR policies,

- Coordinate on the social insurance registration or transfer for employees;

- Provide analysis and statistics on the internal and external compensation and benefits data; - Provide professional advice on the salary range of the position;

- Monitor and maintain HRIS database and provide analysis report as request;

- Provide necessary support on the annual salary survey;

- Work closely with HR agency on the payroll processing, tax filing etc.

- Based on the authorization from HR manager or GM, prepare the employment certificate and income certificate for the employees when they apply Visa or under the circumstances recognized by the company;
