The goal of the Feature Owner (FO) is to accompany the feature starting from the System Requirements Analysis up to System Qualification; by including and respecting the needs and methods of supporting process elements (e.g. Project/Risk Management, Configuration Management, etc.):

  

 

  

? The FO identifies the requirements related to the specific feature based on the customer requirements, legal requirements, and current applicable standards. He will then compile and publish the intended design of the system feature as a ZF-TRW internal system requirement specification.He will support the System Architect in the traceability of the system architecture to the system requirements for the specific feature.

  

? The FO shall ensure any and all changes to customer requirements, legal requirements, and current applicable standards, which are affecting the specific feature, are evaluated and addressed throughout the life of the project.

  

? The FO facilitates and coordinates the feature related analyses of the system requirements between the domain teams (sub-systems such as hardware, hydraulics, mechanics and software). He must ensure the requirements are properly categorized, prioritized, and consistent.

  

? The FO must ensure that all safety, functional, and non-functional requirements (both internal and external expectations) related to the feature are properly evaluated and addressed. Part of properly evaluating the requirements includes documenting the validation/verification criteria.

  

? The FO must generate and maintain the ALM items defining the activities required for the realization and validation of the feature

  

? The FO shall contribute to a feature specific gap analysis to show where the ZF TRW product is meeting or exceeding expectations and where it must be modified in order to meet expectations. The gap analysis shall also identify areas where the system cannot meet the expectations even with modifications.

·         Must understand SCS products and control principles (including ABS, TC and VSC);

  

·         Must understand vehicle chassis systems and integration;

  

·         Must have high level driving skill for in vehicle testing and development;

  

·         Must have sound knowledge and understanding in development processes and solutions;

  

·         Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages;

  

·         Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support vehicle application projects;

  

·         Must have good level presentation skills;

  

·         Must have good level computer skills;

  

·         Must be a good team player with leadership qualities;

  

·         Knowledge in program language C is preferred;

  Should have 2 years experience of the product application and development process in the Automotive industry.
