职位描述
岗位职责：
1、完善报名学员信息，并对学员档案进行管理；
2、通过电话、微信等形式与学员沟通，提醒学员上课，维护课堂秩序；
3、定期与家长和学员沟通，反馈学员学习情况；
4、根据学员学习情况，对学员进行针对性学习指导；
5、课后练习情况及其他推送习题的批改；
6、为家长和学员提供教育服务，增强用户体验，提升学员续费率。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语6级以上；
2、普通话标准，表达能力强；
3、优秀的英语口语能力，包括发音、流利度、词汇量等；
4、有一定的组织能力，有责任心、耐心，有亲和力；
5、工作积极，主动性强，抗压能力强；
6、喜欢教育行业，拥有服务精神，愿意投身于教育服务领域。
