职责描述：
？ Lead PS team to provide reliable investigation result of technical problems in field and production;
？ Lead product support issue handling within PLM and with external partner (e.g. CS, HSC, Customer);
？ Build up PS team and set up PS strategy.
？ To develop the PS team by developing all PS colleagues.
？ Support and lead PS team for problem solving in time at customer site, such as complaint and escalation issues;
？ Fulfil the target of PS team performed with high quality and efficiency;
？ Plan and develop human and material resources of PS team; motivation and competency
build-up for team members;
？ Process and technical innovation for product support related topics with board view;
？ Close communication with FO PS team for all installed base related topics; 
？ Other tasks assigned by superiors.

？ Internal: Reporting to Head of Product Line; Colleagues in FO PS, Product Marketing, Logistics, Service, R&D, SCM etc.; Headquarter Support Center;
？ External: Customers.
任职要求：
At least 5 years experience of medical equipment development or customer support; team management experience;
At least bachelor degree, engineering background preferred.
