岗位概述：

按照许可的采购指示，处理所有的发票和结帐单。要按照合适的条款，并充分利用符合万豪政策和程序的可能的折扣，记录和处理由饭店发生的货物和服务的支付。

职责义务：

1. 对比供应商文件，处理和匹配发票并递送与采购订单相对应的票据。
   
   

2. 确保“三项匹配” – 一份被正确认可的采购文件、一份被正确签署的收货文件、上述两份文件必须与供应商提供的发票相匹配。

3. 审阅保管员编写的报告，检查总分类帐的编码是否正确并确保发票被正确汇总。

4. 核对供应商结帐单，确保所有的信用票据正确寄出并打印在汇款通知上。

5. 向应付帐款系统输入信息。

6. 使发票与结帐单一致辞。

7. 每周准备支票认可管理。支票必须由独立于应付帐款职能的员工寄

   出。已付款的发票要作废。
   
   

8. 维持支票确认日志。

9. 付款后作废发票。

10. 每月按饭店记录核对供应商结帐单，追查任何有出入的地方。
    
    

11. 维持成批登记和总分类帐的每日平衡。

12. 维持有效的文档系统。未付款的供应商发票按供应商编码排列，已付款的供应商发票按付款的月份排列。记录必须保存十年以备审计和税务检查之用。

13. 用专业的和谦逊的态度回答供应商所有合理的请求。
    
    

14. 制作和审阅每月应付帐款分配报告，完成应付帐款月末结算。
    
    

15. 在月末准备常规供应商和数额超过500元人民币尚未支付的送货票据的增长月报。

16. 职位描述的目的不是提供一份工作职责的详细清单。 它仅希望能为那些用于完善工作的应尽职责提供一个基本观点。 随时符合管理的要求， 希望能够在管理层的指导下， 以不断提高的顾客服务履行职责。
