职位描述
Main purpose of the job:
Be a part of the Division Management team contributing with the financial perspective on both internal and external factors that influence the business.
To contribute with the financial perspective on both internal and external factors that influences the business. Regular performance reporting and financial forecasts, as well as involvement in both local and central improvement projects.
Key tasks:
1. Regular performance reporting and financial forecasts, as well as involvement in both local and central improvement projects
2. Division financial analysis and control (including financial analysis and deviations of entity and market unit level)
3. Update and maintain Division financial model and reconciliation of entity Division forecasts to model
4. Follow-up on local action plans (entity and market unit level) for Division
5. Business reviews of entities and market units together with Division Head
6. Contractual and financial risk control as necessary
7. Business development support to Division head
8. Optimization of internal reporting
9. Deal with tax and legal matters as necessary
10. Ad hoc projects
Knowledge:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2.3 to 5 years from a similar position
3.Experience from multinational company
Skills:
1.Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to see the whole picture, as well as an eye for details
2.Self-driven, well organized, independent
3. Able to co-operate across functions and communicate with all levels
4. Able to manage multi tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Fluent written and spoken English
6. Good business background and a strategic understanding, with relevant business controlling experience in an international environment
7. Strong skills in excel, business report writing
8. Able to use discretion and to keep sensitive financial or human resources related information confidential.
