Job Purpose Statement
Manager, Treasury assists its direct and/or indirect supervisors within the Treasury team, in all treasury functions:
- Cash management
- Liquidity planning
- Corporate financing
- Risk management
- Banking relationships

Key Results Areas

a. Analyze cash position report and identify areas requiring improvement in cash visibility and/or cash optimization.
b. Analyze cash flow and capex reports to ensure sufficient funding in place.
c. Oversee loan management and debt position of Parkway Pantai Group.
d. Oversee financing requirements of Parkway Pantai Group, including sourcing suitable financing proposals and reviewing and negotiating financing documentation.
e. Manage interest rates risk and foreign exchange risk.
f. Establish and maintain strong and reliable banking relationships.
g. Support queries relating to treasury raised by internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Business Development).
h. Supervise the professional development and learning of colleagues reporting to this role.

a. Accuracy of work prepared/reviewed.
b. Initiative to improve processes/workflow.
c. Maintain cash visibility and cash optimization for the Group. d. Successful arrangement for financing

Professional / Educational Qualifications
a. Possess at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury functions
b. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (a plus)

Skills & Knowledge
a. Good knowledge of banking and financial instruments
b. Good collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
c. Good knowledge of MS Excel functions
