岗位职责

· 1. 负责客户服务绩效标准和理论的维护和跟进；组织呼叫中心的培训；确保所有项目标准的实施；

· 2. 按照公司要求与运营团队一起负责KPI指标的监测，趋势、原因分析并提出绩效数据报告，包括行为和时间，提高客户满意度，减少运营损耗，降低缺勤率等；

· 3. 负责监控KPI指标，相关范围，影响评估，协助相关部门改进工作不足，例如：HR、运营部门

· 4. 根据客户服务绩效标准每月上传绩效数据报告，根据标准与相关部门协商制定工作计划；

· 5. 负责月度会议报告，并在月会上报告站点的工作情况，包括客户服务绩效实施评估，站点工作情况，KPI的管理，以及评估进程等。

【Job Description】

· 1. Responsible for project; organize call center training; Implement all items of the stands to practice.

· 2. Responsible for KPI monitoring, trend analysis, root cause and cooperate with operation team to work out performance data report, including action and time, to improve CSAT, IR, Attrition performance, absenteeism rate etc.

· 3. Responsible for monitoring KPIs, the relevance range, influence evaluation, to coordinate relevant department to improve the weakness. For instance, the relevance of staff quality among recruiting, HR and operation.

· 4. Update KPI report monthly according to the standard of client, and communicate with the relevant depart to work out action plan for the indicators that are fluctuated or not meet the target.

· 5. Responsible to prepare monthly meeting report and present site performance in the meeting, including the customer service implementation evaluation, the good/bad performance sharing, the KPI management, the process evaluation, etc.

岗位要求

· 1.大专及以上学历；

· 2.流利的英语听说读写能力；

· 3.有呼叫中心工作经验一年以上QA管理经验优先考虑；

· 4.具备数据分析能力，良好的学习能力及交流技巧；

· 5.熟悉办公软件，尤其是EXCEL；

【Requirements】

· 1. Bachelor degree or above.

· 2. Proficient in English.

· 3. More than one year experience in call center is preferred.

· 4. Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills.

· 5. Be familiar with office software, especially EXCEL.
