Overview :

Working as a liaison between the North America Sourcing teams and the China Distribution center, the China Regional Production Facilitator is responsible for supporting the NA Sourcing teams on verifying accuracy of product labeling, packing methods, and troubleshooting system and product related issues as they arise in region.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the receiving process for all China orders, ensuring accuracy and timing is met.
• Lead and Manage the QA repair function when product needs to be reticketed or relabeled.
• Accurately enter and maintain product related information in the Tradestone system.
• Support brand initiatives by organizing, tracking, and reviewing production relevant business metrics.
• Understand Brand in bound schedules and TNA timelines .
• Remain in constant communication with the Sourcing teams to understand any potential issues which may affect on time receipt of China specific merchandise

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in China import and testing process and requirements.
• Major in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and simplified Chinese
• Ability to work with multiple teams and calendars concurrently .
• Organized, detail oriented, curious and flexible.

A self-starter, able to work in a remote location independently and accurately
