Responsibilities:

Proactively consults with SFR leadership and recommends strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes.

Develops the HR process, system and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and a robust HR governance framework

Develops, modifies and/ or implements all HR related procedures regarding payroll, recruitments, staffing, training, disciplinary, and attendance, etc

Leads HR Generalists to ensure the delivery of HR services in compliance with all governance requirements and in line with all corporate HR goals.

Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions / best practices to SFR leadership.

Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Train the team in professional way to create people value and performance.

Care as a mentor for staff relationship

Job Requirements:

College or Bachelor Degree or equivalent

+5 years of experience in Human Resources

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Hands-on, meticulous with an eye for detail.

Strong team work spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions.

Excellent knowledge and familiar with local employment laws & regulations

Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated; open-minded and can-do attitude.

Willing to work under pressure.
