1. To ensure the project budget and estimate process run smoothly and systematically

2. Work together the project manager and MC controller to get the clear targeting setting for the capital projects;

3. Economy follow up template maintenance for each business line project

4. Work with project manager starting from the ASD, Project Budget and monthly estimation update to the project closing, to find the area of improving and improve the project margin

5. In charge of the project reporting in system, through Data Warehouse project management tool and Hyperion system. To make sure the data accuracy in the system;  

6. Other works assigned by manager;

7. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
   

8. Have awareness of local relevant quality system.（ Please specify the quality system name such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC.）
   

9. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
   

10. Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.
    

11. Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.)

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree with finance;
2. 3+ years working experience (costing experience with products would be preferred); CPA is a plus; Fluent in English; Excel skill (VBA or Power BI)
3. ERP system (Baan preferred) experience;
