售前客服

岗位职责：

1. 通过电话并按公司提供客户进行维护和介绍公司车险产品；

2. 有较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力，工作认真、踏实、有较强的责任心，对新事物的接受能力；

3. 具有较强的服务、保险意识，对保险有浓厚的兴趣。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 普通话标准，亲和力较好，具有一定的沟通表达能力；

3. 勤奋踏实，热爱销售工作，有相关销售工作经验优先；

4. 做事积极主动、认真负责、能承受一定工作压力、有团队合作经验。

工作时间：

9:00-18:30，12:30-14:00午休时间，做五休二（周末休息）

薪资福利

1、薪资结构：基本薪资（4000元）+全勤奖200+通时奖500+职级薪资1000元+部门津贴1000+绩效奖金500

2、平均工资：目前车险售前客服员工平均工资8K-10K，表现优秀者10-20K；

3、五险一金，每日下午茶，节日福利，丰富团建活动等，应有尽有。
