2. 岗位职责描述：

è 作为公司大客户精益运营部门的专业人员，对各大品牌全国分支机构进行运营信息检视和评估；

è 实时整理、统计、分析、更新和提交各分支机构运营竞争力信息库；

è 参与推进、支持各大品牌的市场主题活动；

è 根据各大品牌的市场营运标准，对各区域网络运营能力进行专项评审；

è 跟进支持相关品牌的运营能力优化工作，参与定制运营提升分析报告；

è 协助主管推进专项运营培训。

岗位职责

1、负责项目的综合管理（包括进度控制、质量控制、审卷、劳务费结算、资料归档等）；

2、对项目预决算的合理控制；

3、对***人员的招聘、培训及管理；

4、监控代理执行质量，并负责培训及考核。

岗位要求

1、大专以上学历；

2、有一年以上专业市场研究公司项目运作管理经验（优秀者可放宽要求）；

3、熟练掌握及操作各种类型的定量、定性消费者调研项目或者神秘顾客、店面检查等项目；

4、具有较强的项目管控能力及协调能力；

5、良好的电脑操作能力；
