1、对于之前在我公司已经投保的私家车客户，为其今年私家车险办理相关续保手续；

2、针对通过互联网主动申请办理私家车险客户进行回访及登记客户信息，确保成交；

签订公司正式合同，不签订劳务派遣或外包合同。

任职资格：

1、高中以上学历（或是高职院校），专业不限；

2、普通话发音标准，表达能力强，有良好人际沟通技巧；

3、熟悉电脑操作技能，打字每分钟30字以上；

薪资及福利：

（1）试用期，无责任底薪3200+高额提成（最高6%提成点）+年终奖+福利。新人前两个月月薪5500元以上。入职月底发放当月工资.

（2）转正后，底薪根据业绩定级+高额提成（最高6%提成点）+年终奖+福利。月薪8000以上。20%以上员工月薪过万元。
