Title: Logistics Supervisor/Maser Planner物流主管
Report to: Operation Manager运营经理
Responsibilities:
a) In charge of logistics operations, including production planning, transportation, warehousing, order processing, customs declaration, forwarder evaluation, etc.
b) Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule based on customer order and forecast to ensure that customer demands are met.
c) Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule to ensure that individual parts are completed in time to support the Master Production Schedule.
d) Order and ensure that raw material and purchased parts are available to support the detailed production schedule.
e) Review production capacity, perform capacity analysis and adjust production schedule to balance production as needed.
f) Monitor and control inventory levels, drive the initiatives of inventory reduction.
g) Assist in maintaining process and material settings in BOM and ERP.
h) Work closely with production, project, engineering and purchasing in the development of new projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience , at least 5 years working experience for production planning and control, MRP, pull system, inventory management, master scheduling, capacity planning, and logistic analysis for complex manufacturing processes.
- Strong organization and communication skills, can perform well under high pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.
- Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail are required.
- Must possess knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and have excellent computer skills.
- Problem solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions for capacity constraints.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
