Responsibilities

1. Responsible for equipment/ boiler datasheet/specification/material requisition preparation.

2. Responsible for technical proposal review & technical bidding evaluation.

3. Responsible for vendor detail design approval.

4. Responsible for shop inspection & installation support.

Competencies/Skills

- Project-based technical decision-making authority

- Authorized to give technical directives to project team

- Fully understand Chinese code.

- Technical relevant internal and external communication

- Conflict resolution within the engineering teams

- Good communication.

For internal use and evaluation:

Job/ Education Background

- Bachelor or above, 211 or 985 university is prefer. Major for chemical equipment or thermomechanical (热机) discipline.

- More than 10 years working experience.

- More than 5 years design experience in boiler manufacturer.

- More than 3 set membrane wall boilers design/check/approve experience.

- More than 5 set heat exchangers/ vessel design/check/approve experience.

- Fully understand boiler fabrication process.

- Fully understand boiler, heat exchanger fabrication QA/QC.

- Has enough knowledge for anti-corrosion & material selection. If has incinerator, rotary kiln experience/knowledge is prefer.
