• Manage staff to check work attendance, maintain employee channel order and correct illegal behavior. 管理员工上下班到点打卡考勤工作，维护员工通道秩序，纠正违章行为。

• Carefully check the identification of personnel entering the staff channel. 认真查验进入员工通道人员的证件。

• Carefully check the materials in and out of the hotel, the employees should take the items out of the hotel and check the goods, and then release the goods to the hotel. 认真检查进出酒店的物资，员工携带物品外出需持《物品出门单》、当值保安核实后放行，禁止携带易燃易爆物品入店。

• Find suspicious person to ask politely, find out suspicious situation in time control, report to superior. 发现可疑人员要有礼貌地进行询问，发现可疑情况及时控制，并向上级汇报。

• In case of accidents and incidents, the site should be protected in an orderly manner, control the situation and report to the superior immediately. 遇有突发事故和事件，应按规定有序的保护好现场，控制事态扩大，同时立即向上级报告。

• Manage letters and send and receive work.管理好信件的收发工作。

• Responsible for the reception of visitors and contact with relevant departments.负责接待来访人员，并与有关部门联系。

• Make good work record and strictly implement the succession system.认真做好工作记录，严格执行交接班制度。
