Responsibility

1.Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.

2.Technical input for "Standard Operation Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction" (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.

3.Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause.

4.Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects

5.Work within engineering group and all departments to maintain team and multi-discipline problem-solving approach and product innovation.

6.Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.

7.Establish and release new equipment, review and approval of equipment design, work procedure.

8.Conduct equipment's "Factory Acceptance Test" prior to shipment before production.

9.Prepare process validation reports and executes “Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification”.

Job Requirements

1.University graduate in engineering discipline, majored in mechanical and mold Engineering is preferred.

2.At least two years working experience in manufacturing processes development or highly automation environment.

3.Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving.

4.Familiar with Experimental Design(DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis.

5.Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and react quickly to changing conditions.

8.Ability to create CAD drawing and free hand drawing is a plus

9.Good command of both written and spoken English.

10.Good communication and negotiation skills with supplier / vendor.

11.Hard working, self-motivated, creative-mind set and able to accept work pressure

12.Strong interest in manufacturing processes development and enhancement. Solid knowledge in semi-conductors industry is preferred.
