Responsibilities:

Cash management

- Make sure all of the payments in due courses, including 3rd party and intercompany payments.

- Prepare daily cash report and keep the proper cash balance in every bank account. Prepare actual and FCT cash flow statement with accuracy.

VAT and Duty

- Prepare VAT and Duty list, make sure every VAT invoices to be certified. Perform monthly reconciliation.

 

Monthly store closure

- Run, post and reconcile monthly store revenue, rental expense, commission and bank charge etc.

 

Retail Store Audit

- Assist Finance Manager for internal audit of the petty cash management, VIP and sales discount, sales return, etc.

Keep and Change Statutory Documentations

- Take charge of statutory documentations.

- Prepare the application documents for statutory documentation alteration.

 

Support Retail Store’s cash management and statutory documentations

- Follow up set up and termination of service in relation to retail stores include but not limited to POS machine, sales collection tools set up, cash pick up service. And also take in charge of filing and updates of retail store’s statutory documentations like business licenses, tax certificates, etc.

Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

? University Degree in Accounting and related majors

Work Experience 

? 3-5 years relevant accounting experience preferably in retail industry

Required Competencies (e.g. Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature, etc) 

? Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel;                                                                                          

? Fluency in verbal and written English;

? Knowledge in SAP is a definite advantage;

? Excellent analytical, well-organized and under pressure worker;

? Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, analytical detail-orientation, open-minded, strong integrity and professionalism.
