岗位职责

1、按要求定期对电力设施、给、排水设施、管理区域进行清理、保养、维修，确保运转正常；

2、负责水、电运行故障突发事件及应急突发事件的处理；

3、对设备运行中出现的问题，应立即采取措施并及时上报。发生事故时，除紧急处置外，应保护好现场，及时上报部门领导，迅速查明原因，予以抢修和恢复。

任职资格

1、高中以上学历，2年以上同岗位工作经验，持有低压电工操作证；

2、有良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力、工作认真，有较强的团队精神；

3、有高压电工证书者优先；

4、懂弱电、网络维护优先；

5、懂水电维护、施工

上海静和门诊部ChingHo (Shanghai) Clinic是静和医疗（ChingHo Medical）首家按“国际公认医疗服务标准”规划的综合性门诊部，坐落于上海之心零坐标起点位置。门诊设置了：皮肤科、医疗美容、口腔科、中医科、全科、内科、外科、儿科、影像科、运动和康复医学等科室，还配置了CT、B超、临检实验室等先进诊断设备、以及“瓷睿刻”CEREC、万级层流手术室等医疗设备。此外，静和上海门诊部还支持远程医疗、高端医疗商险支付、疫苗服务，可提供中文、英语、日语、韩语、法语等多语言服务。
ChingHo (Shanghai) clinic is located at the core of Shanghai. The clinic has set up Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, Dentistry, TCM, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Imaging, Medicine laboratory, Digital imaging center and other departments.We are equipped with advanced diagnostic equipments including GE CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, CEREC and laminar flow operating room.At the same time, we also provide commercial insurance settlement and medical services in Chinese, English, French, Japanese and Korean.
