岗位职责：

1、最大程度地利用销售技巧及优质服务来提高销售业绩

2、完成销售后，及时跟进后续细节，以确保客户对品牌和产品的满意度

3、保持对时尚以及市场趋势的时刻关注和浓厚兴趣

4、充分利用店铺客户信息，与客户建立并保持沟通及联系

5、快速有效地解决所有客户问题及客诉，不断提高客户对品牌的忠诚度及满意度

6、保持店铺环境及商品的整洁、摆放及库存

7、协助所有库存、转移、接收手续以及所有转移/接收手续相关的文书工作

任职资格：

1、需要有一定的导购经验

2、热爱时尚行业及零售行业，有较强的时尚触觉

3、出色的沟通能力和人际关系处理能力

4、有较强的解决问题的能力

5、可较熟练使用电脑及基础系统

6、抗压能力强，可适应快节奏的工作环境
