职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in formulation of recruitment strategies & tactics for portfolio. Select the most qualitative candidates to meet short-term and long-term business growth and make sure compliance with regulator, local laws and internal requirement. Manage the small team & their performance, and maintain the morale to deliver good result.


1. Strategic planning:

·         Support China HR COO on HR strategic planning, including long-term, mid-term and short-term strategic planning.

·         Support to drive bank-wide and HR specific journeys, new initiatives to achieve joyful employee journeys and better employee experience.

·         Prepare HR scorecard and collaborate with regional HR team and strategic planning team.

2. Talent Acquisition:

·         Develop and implement recruitment plan to support business growth.

·         Discuss hiring needs with hiring managers, align hiring strategy including channels and interview process.

·         Execute end to end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interview, offering and on-boarding to make sure quality hiring and compliance with both internal policies and external laws and regulations.

·         Use Taleo system to manage whole hiring process. Establish candidate database.

·         Monitor recruitment channels and recruitment costs.

·         Work with the regional and country talent acquisition team on implementation of recruitment initiatives or projects.


Job Requirements:

·         University graduate in relevant majors

·         At least 10 years’ HR experience in MNCs, focusing on Talent Acquisition & HR BP.

·         Relevant experience in banking is a plus.

·         Demonstrated strategic planning, leadership and project management skills.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

·         Change oriented and able to work under pressure.

·         Familiar with the local talent market and China labor law.

·         Managerial experience is a plus.

·         Excellent English in both speaking and writing.

·         Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
