Job responsibilities:

• The position is to provide a front line/backup support to China CRESA team; to provide financial support & portfolio management to ensure data integrity and factual accuracy for CRESA functions.

• Assist the CRESA China head on Strategic Occupancy Planning on costing, portfolio utilization, improvement. 

• Provide financial support for China occupancy & department budget and expenditure analysis, process functional payments.

• Consolidate and validate Strategic Cost Management initiatives.

• Reconcile all general ledger lines assigned are appropriate, otherwise escalate the dispute through the Recon Owner.

• Provide documentation support to other CRESA functions (project, lease) if necessary

• Collate and analyze China occupancy cost & department expenditure.

• Timely submission of monthly NOC Charge-out report and SCM report & other portfolio financial related report.

• Process monthly functional payments & corporate landlord or project accruals.

• Monthly GLAO reconciliation and quarterly GLAO Quality Assurance Review Assessment

• Timely report of quarterly portfolio metrics and manage portfolio assets via annual stock-take and project fixed assets upload if any.

• Provide documentation support to other CRESA functions (project, lease) if necessary

                        

Job requirements:

• At least 8 years of accounting experience, financial institution background is preferred.

• Bachelor or above in Accounting background

• Good communication skill in English is a must

• Analytical reasoning, sensitive to figures and able to deal with statistics　

• Mature, active and willing to accept the challenges and able to work under pressure

• Dedicated to details, customer and result oriented　

• Good communication and team work spirit　

• Risk and compliance awareness

• Sufficient knowledge and experienced in effective cost management.

• Ability to provide balanced perspective between function expediency and budget.

• Ability to communicate effectively and problem solving independently

• Work closely with business partners within group

• Establish and maintain strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders.

• Support seniors in identifying risks & issues in portfolio

• Be team player and share knowledge
