Job Responsibilities:

    

Stated in Job Duties and Responsibilities. This job role is to delivery technology initiatives and projects to China business to meet bank strategy and objective.

• End-to-end delivery new projects or system enhancements through SDLC/Agile and change process, including project initiation, execution and closure.
• Project hand-over to Level 2 support team after project completion to ensure the smooth BAU.
• Closely work with Level 2 support team to delivery complex system issue fixing.
• Co-ordinate and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, and work closely with regional and local support teams to deliver the initiatives from business or technology.
• Proactively and closely work with business to understand and meet business needs, including business initialization, requirements analysis, solution design and delivery with strong working relationship with business teams.
• Compiles with bank policies, procedures, processes and methodologies particularly in relation to software development and project management
• Managing the delivery services of internal group technology partners and third party vendors.

• 和积极主动和业务部门合作，建立良好关系，帮助业务部收集和分析需求，以及进行方案的分析、设计以及递交和实施，以确保达到业务部的需要
• 按照软件开发流程和系统变革等流程实施银行项目或功能改进;
• 遵守银行的行规、流程和方法，尤其是银行软件开发和项目管理方法论；
• 管理集团内部技术团队和第三方供应商服务。

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in banking end-to-end system flow or part of fields, e.g. Channel, Core Banking (deposit, loan, customer, transaction, and accounting etc.), Cash and Trade, Payment and Remittance, Securities & Fiduciary Services, Account Management, Finance and Risk, Treasury, debit card, wealth management and regulatory reporting etc.
• Experience in banking business analysis and translating business requirement into detailed technical design with total solution design and delivery.
• Multiple Project Management skills and knowledge, and be familiar with SDLC and Agile (PMP and Scrum Master preferred)
• At minimum, 3 years of banking IT experience with project management experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong ability to communication with non-technical teams and multiple nations.
• Technical skills in database (MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL and DB2 etc.), data analytics and knowledge in BO, ETL, AIX/Linux, WAS/JBOSS/IIS, MQ, JAVA and Open source software, VPC/IaaS, PaaS – Cloud foundry, PaaS - Open Shift, SaaS, AWS and testing automation is preferable.
• Proactive, positive, independent, team-work, highly self-study and organized, and be able to work under high pressure.
• Bachelor degree or above, experience with FinTech background is preferable.

• 熟悉银行整理系统流程和业务处理，如前台网银渠道，银行核心业务系统(现金、存取款、贷款、汇款、账户，会计处理等)，现金和贸易、支付汇款、证券及信托服务、账户管理、财务和风险管理、资金投资部产品以及监管上报等；
• 较强的业务分析能力，并通过技术方案的设计和实施有效帮助实现业务部门的需求；
• 多项目、多任务的管理能力并熟悉软件开发流程(SDLC/AGILE)，有项目管理认证优先(PMP/SCRUM MASTER)；
• 至少3年以上的银行IT相关工作经历，熟悉银行业相关专业知识及系统完整的处理流程及项目管理经验。
• 能和业务部门及海外多民族团队进行有效的沟通，并具有很强的中英文说写能力；
• 熟悉数据库(MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL and DB2 etc.)的技术应用，较强的数据分析和处理能力，有熟悉BO, ETL, AIX/Linux, WAS/JBOSS/IIS, MQ, JAVA，，VPC/IaaS, PaaS - Cloud foundry, PaaS - Open Shift, SaaS, AWS，开源软件以及自动化测试者优先；
• 工作积极、主动、独立、团队精神，有很强的自我学习和管理能力，并能在一定的压力下工作；
• 本科及以上学历，有FINTECH工作背景者优先。
