• Responsible for the design of foundry process to meet all customer’s requirements, this including but not limit to melting, heat treatment, molding, core, pattern and relevant jigs. Prepare relevant technical documents like process manual and work instructions.负责铸造工艺方案、工艺流程的设计满足客户需求，这包括但不限于熔炼、热处理、造型、制芯、模具以及相关工装等等。编制工艺手册、质量控制点指导书等工艺文件。

• Responsible the development of new castings, new project communication and disclosure, first article trials, and follow up the quality of products. 组织新产品的开发、新项目的沟通交底、首件试制及产品的质量跟踪。

• Responsible for the implementation the foundry process, continual improving product quality, production efficiency, cut down cost, reduce safety risk; and provide technical support to manufacturing site. 负责工艺技术实施，持续改善产品质量、提高生产效率、降低成本、降低安全风险，对生产现场提供技术支持。

• Waster / defects analysis with quality and production team, investigate and solve the technical and quality problems in the manufacturing process. 和质量、生产人员分析废品和缺陷，调查和解决生产中产生的工艺和质量问题。

• Organize to establish, review and approve the material, process, technology, and standards in foundry. 组织铸造生产过程使用的材料、工艺、技术、标准的制定、评估和批准。

• Assist the Purchasing team in auditing existing or potential new suppliers of key raw materials and patterns.协助采购部审核现有原材料及模具供应商或有可能成为公司供应商的潜在供应商。

• Evaluate and confirm Foundry’s capabilities of manufacturing the products inquired by customers, from process & quality point of view, 从工艺/质量方面评估和确认对客户询价产品的生产能力。

• Responsible for training for quality and melting and process and production team.负责铸造工艺/质量/熔炼/生产团队的培训和发展。

• Other assignments from the direct superior.负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in foundry and /or foundry relevant material.本科或本科以上学历，铸造以及铸造相关材料专业。

• At least 8 years work experience on resin foundry process design. Preferred in heavy and thick product design of grey castings and related melting experience .有至少8年以上的树脂砂造型工艺设计经验，厚壁灰铸铁件，重型灰铁铸件工艺设计及熔炼经验优先。

• Familiar with the software like CAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS. 熟练使用CAD,CATIA,SOLIDWORKS。

• Ability of usage on simulation software for foundry design process is preferred.会使用铸造工艺模拟软件优先。

• Foundry process and quality knowledge in all functions, familiar with casting defects and the root cause, can raise actions for improvement.具备铸造流程和质量知识，熟悉各种铸造缺陷，并且能够提出可行的整改工艺，参与铸件质量改善和提高。

• 3 years or more on team building and Management experience. 3年以上团队建设和管理的相关经验。

• Experience on pressure vessel foundry and knowledge on manufacturing standard of pressure vessel. 有压力容器铸造经验并熟悉压力容器相关制造标准。

• Written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese Mandarin.良好的英语和中文普通话的书面以及口头表达沟通能力。

• Have awareness of ISO9001，ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system.
  具有ISO9001、ISO14001 & OHSAS18001管理体系知识。
