Responsibilities 职责描述

1. Coordinate the availability of orders with different departments after getting a new order.

接到新订单后和各个部门协调，确认可行性。

2. Make the order confirmation to customer, record every order and make weekly sales report.

给客户准备订单确认书,记录每一笔定单及制定每周的销售报告。

3. Prepare and send all of the necessary documents based on the order.

准备并发给客户订单上所需的所有文件。

4. Deal with customer’s complaints and other request by support of related department.

在各部门的协调下，处理客户投诉及意见建议。

5. Trace and push the payment situation of customer cooperated with sales department and financial department.

和财务及销售部门配合，跟踪客户付款情况。

6. Deal with the daily contact with the customer.

处理与客户之间的日常联系。

7. Other task assigned from leader.

领导安排的其它任务。

Requirements 资质要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 1 years working experience in customer service management.

大学本科以上，1年以上客服管理工作经验。

2. Be familiar with the terms of import and export,

熟悉进出口贸易条款。

3. Good English in both writing and speaking English, CET 6. Good command of MS office.

英语听说读写熟练。CET-6。 掌握Office办公软件。

4. Good communication skill, Self-motivated,Open-minded, team player

拥有良好的沟通技巧，自我激励的，虚心的，有团队协作精神的。

工作地点：上海市化学工业区普工路81号

Salary: 3000-4000 RMB

薪资待遇：3000-4000元/月
