Responsibilities:

·      Be responsible for the data consolidating/analysis of sales performance for all China outlets stores with summarization in accordance with the results (daily/weekly/monthly);

·      Follow-up and implementation of various instructions and tasks, and timely review and report the progress;

·      Be responsible for the coordination and arrangement of each meeting;

·      Managing the daily administrative work of outlets and team, as well as controlling the department costs;

·      Supporting on nationwide stores of outlet & other pointed area;

·      Co-operating and supporting the projects of new shop opening, renovation & events, staff uniform and etc.

·      Receiving the external visitors and handling customer complaints if needed;

·      Keep good relationships with each department;

·      Handling tasks as assigned from time to time;

Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·      Bachelor/college degree and above;

 

Work Experience

·      At least 2 years' relevant or similar working experience (like Intern);

·      Experience in data consolidating/comparing/analysis and sales administration.

 

Required Competencies (e.g. Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature, etc)

·      Proficiency in office Microsoft soft wares, especially in Excel;

·      Strong capabilities on coordination, organization and execution;                                                                                                                                                                           

·      Be highly sensitive to business strategy and data analysis;

·      Fluency in written English is required;

·      Open-mind, responsible, patient, detail- oriented and independent;

·      Accept travel requirement.
