Position Summary:

Manage product portfolio to provide support to sales team via product marketing programs including new product launch, pricing, channel promotion, training and etc. Work with global product manager, sales and RnD to do VOC to develop new application solution through NPD/NPI to drive the portfolio growth and to explore new business opps in fast growing industries

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Demand generation

?Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to generate leads

?Product promotion on targeting industry /channel to drive sales

?Application/product training internally and externally for sales penetration

2. NPD/NPI

?Develop and execute new product launch plan to drive the growth

?Do VOC to develop new solution to targeting industry

?Work closely with plant engineers and sales on new product introduction/spec in

?Collaborate with RnD and global marketing team on regional product road map

3. New market development

?Take the lead to explore new applications in new market to build the business case for future growth

?Work with strategic accounts and Korea team to support regional business opps

4. Industry/competition analysis

?Research on industry and competitors to monitor the market trend and ensure quick response on competition

5. Communication program to promote brand and sales

?Work with marcom to develop selling tools to support sales penetration

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Must have at least 7 working years’ experience with multinational manufacture company. Prefer material/chemical company

2. Bachelor degree in Chemical or Engineering, MBA is a plus.

3. Fluent on both written and spoken English

4. Good presentation skill to influence people

5. Honesty, hardworking with good communication skill

6. Results driven, energetic, and accountable

7. Good business sense/acumen.
