职位描述
Position Summary:
1 . Paper work supporting
2. Serve as a major contact to sales team and customer for document collection and report.
3. Responsible for special order release and tracking.
4. Dealer agreement tracking
5. Get approval from leadership for Return/Revise/Cancel orders
6.Cooperate with finance for AR clearance 7 Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. College student, Biological or financial background are prefered
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
3. To be responsible, proactively, and team work spirit
4. Quick learner, initiative, self motivated ability to work within set time/effort/quality constraints
5. Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint
6. Good English writing and speaking skill is required
Responsibilities:
Support sales team for customer order process;
Follow with logistic for the order schedule;
Coordinate with sales and buyer for delivery (payment, forwarder, etc…)
Requirement:
Good skills in common office computer software
Knowledge and experience with Oracle etc ERP system for order management will be a plus
Activity, extravert, ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Fluent English is a must ( Read, Write)
