Services Support to Financial Institution clients and frontline sales & bankers

    

    

    

    

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a quality service and proactively manage the day to day servicing enquiries from the Bank's FI ( "Financial Institutions") clients
• Offering ongoing post-implementation support to all financial institution clients
• Working closely with other Client Services, Operations and other business Partners to promote quality client solutions
• Able to channel all clients’ feedback and maintain strong relationships with identified clients
• Understand, apply and constantly keeping abreast with the bank’s system security policies and practices
• Maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products/services, FCY payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices

                            

    

    

    

    

    

    

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years' working experience in banking field. Experience in FI client services area is a benefit. Corporate client service experiences not required but preferred
• Excellent communication, problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills
• Team player, client-focused, ability to adapt, self-motivate and is able to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of all bank systems and FI products in FCY payments and trade
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good application software skills: Words, Excel and Power-point
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position
