职责范围：

1、 处理部门日常行政事务

对部门各类协议/捐赠票据进行整理、备份、归档等，确保部门资料安全、合理的保存，便于后续查询。

协助部门内部财务统计。确保互联网平台筹资渠道的财务对账及时、准确。

协助部门进行日常管理，包括实习生、志愿者管理相关事项，确保人事工作进展顺利。

协助安排部门各种会务及活动物料，确保各项活动开展顺利。

2、 协助执行捐赠人服务事务

维护部门各类捐赠人咨询，包括客服邮箱、电话、QQ群、微信群的解答沟通处理。进行捐赠人票据申请、退款处理、证书邮寄等工作。

3、 协助执行部门其他支持性事务

职位要求：

1、 本科及以上学历；

2、 熟练的Office软件使用技巧，包括但不限于Word、Excel、Powerpoint等；

3、 拥有良好的沟通技巧；

4、 具备良好的协调能力和时间管理能力，能够高效完成多项任务；

5、 工作认真细致、积极主动。

联劝的诞生
2008年，汶川地震开启了中国公益元年，民间公益组织开始迅速出现。在数量增长的同时，民间公益组织普遍面临由缺乏能力与公信力等困境引起的资金不足。

另一方面，随着中国经济的高速增长、公众的公益意识及企业社会责任意识的觉醒，中国慈善劝募市场的潜力开始凸显；但资源配置渠道的缺乏，阻碍了慈善资源快速流入公益行业成为行业发展的主要助力。

在这一背景下，成立一个资助型的公募基金会，打通民间公益组织与慈善资源之间的壁垒，显得必要而迫切。2009年，以此为发展使命的上海公益事业发展基金会成立；2014年正式更名为上海联劝公益基金会（简称“联劝”）。

History
Since the tremendous Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, booming Chinese grassroots nonprofits led to a new era of philanthropy in China. Despite their skyrocketing number of registered nonprofits, however, most grassroots are stuck with limited accesses to donation, low capacity in fundraising, low credibility or transparency along with other difficulties, therefore the great fund shortage.

On the other side, with the soaring economic growth in China, the civic awareness of the public and the corporate social responsibility awareness rising, brought about the great potential of the donation. Yet, lack of donation channel prevents the philanthropic resources from moving fluently to who really needs them.

Thus, it’s essential to establish a public grant-making foundation to break the barriers between nonprofits and philanthropic resources. Led by this mission, Shanghai United Foundation (SUF) was founded in 2009.
